Job Searches

It seems to me that the old method of job searches is a little on the slow side. The whole process takes FOREVER! My own job searches haven't been very fruitful lately, though admittedly I haven't put forth the effort necessary to get the results I want. I only came to admit this a few days ago. Maybe I need to be more like John Adams?
