Well last night we had the next installment of DarkBlade. As we left off, Yukio was having a break due to the evil magic in the building. Well, Talone, our own party's magic user chatted, to put it kindly, to an old 'friend'. needless to say it ended up in a fire fight and the windows on the second floor of the building. Titanium tried jumping into the open window, however he was blown sixty yards away. Luna (my character) decides to use the stairs. However before she could react to the posing boss, A bullet fired from Titanium's uber gun, hits the force field around him and forces William the insane mage to crash out of the one office building and into another one.
The party moves into the new building. The first floor, all the lights go out, those of us who failed their body check *cough*luna*cough* ended up face first in what would become to be seen as Blood...and a lot of it. since the stairs were trapped, I decided to punch through the ceiling. After getting the party up through the hole I made, the room we ended up in started to get warmer and warmer. I tried again to punch through the ceiling, but fail and end up scared out of my wits as an evil magic monstercomes out of now where. The only way out is using the stairs. For those who failed their soul check, it was a nightmare, for Talone, he saw his party eyeless and inside each eye was a demon we'd come to know as Missy leaning out of the eye socket and chanting "i'm watching yoooou" over and over again, for Titanium it was the entire team as charred bodies, for Luna, for anyone she looked at it was her Stepfather covered in blood. Raging, she attacked the nearest one, who happened to be the other psycran of the party,(The one two games earlier had accidently spaced her). Talone finally came to the rescue and turned off the magic that had possessed her.
After that, Yukio, who had been out all this time, had finally woken up (since his player finally arrived) and after being filled in, we head upstairs. The other Psycran got hit with the mind possession, but Talone was able to save him. Next floor up, was again drenched with Darkness and had zero gravity to boot. Luna tried punching though the ceiling again and kept going up and up, or at least she thought she was. the entire party had been lifted off the floor. Talone using his magic detector was able to get out of his bubble. He used rope to tie to Luna's leg, then to the rest of the party, one by one, bubbles popped and the characters came tumbling down, Luna's bubble was the last to pop, and instead of falling down, since she was in mid jump, she did go up, inertia carried her and the rest of the party, thanks to the rope, up through 5 floors, landing on a plane of black dawne soilders. all pointing guns at them.
We don't know how it happened,but Titanium went Hulk smash on everyone, starting with the psycrans. He, looking demonic, attacked Eopic (the other psycran) and slashed at him with really wicked looking knives. Luna tried punching him to either knock him out or distract him. Distract him she did.... enough for him to turn on her. Remember in the previous post, I believe I said that Luna was at half hit points, well with her shields down, Luna's just a sitting duck. Needless to say, Luna proved to be a distraction for Demon Titanium... to the point of -40 hp...I was luckily revived, only to come face to face with Missy herself. talk about the winner of Little Miss Creepy contest. She takes the form of a child and after talking to Talone, Titanium and Eopic, she turned her sights on Luna. After bouncing around her, Missy starts to 'play' with luna, first by taunting, then by taking one of her artificial eyes and throwing it to Yukio. He tried to hold onto it, but failed, it dropped from his hand and rolled back. During this entire scene, Luna's vision was in two places at once, giving her quite the headache. Missy then took her eye and swallowed it. then ripped open her stomach, pulled it out and then put it back into Luna's eye socket..... not a pleasent experience. she then told luna that she was fun to play with and sent her up to the next floor. She then taunted Yukio some, telling him that she knew where Kit was (Yukio's love intrest) and then sent him to the next floor as well.
I can't remember what happened next exactly, but we ended up back on the bottom floor and Black Dawne started to surround the place. We tried to run for the stairs when they opened fire. Luna was at 1 hp and failed her defense roll, thus dying once again. Twice in one night, I couldn't believe it. but again I was revived. after an epic calvery arriving moment, the party was wisked away and transported back to the Psycran World ship.

From Spaced to Explosions to Nightmares
well, tonight was the next game for Darkblade. Luna spent the first part of game in cryo due to the humans didn't know what to do to help her. the only ones that could help her are Psycrans. So we head to a psycran mother ship, so to speak, and the psycrans fix Luna. She ended up with an artificial lung, due to her natural lung had collapsed, and both of her eyes had exploded from the vacuum of space as well, so the psycrans had replaced her eyes, giving her artificial eyes. However, her eyes are now completely white, save the black pupils. six days of being in medical bay and her fellows didn't know what was going on with her. fun right?
well Luna's back on her feet, so to speak and we're immediatly sent on a mission. Luna's CO doesn't even have time to check her medical charts to judge how much she can or cannot do. So he treats her like a weak human, Not the smartest thing to do to Luna, if you want to remain in one piece and healthy, mind you.
well we're all sent off to some planet to stop the enemies from invading and there are explosions galore. evil magic, anti-air missiles, necrotic meltings, everything. there's some kind of thermal event happening when we 'land' and our party's mage is telling us that it's the kind of magic he uses, only colder... or something.
after a combat and hiding from heavier ordinances, we find one of the enemy mages, well at least his hiding place. We head into the building, and I made the roll, so Luna caught a glimpse of something that would drive her insane, but managed to push past it. My fiance, the party's commanding officer, however wasn't so lucky... he got an image of a giant monster standing over a pile of corpses, friends and fellows that had died, the one on top, being Kit, (My character from the last time Mike had run darkblade, this is a second game, a few years difference) His love interest from the past who had been MIA. the Monster picked up Kit's body and ate it, driving Yukio mad with grief, his next turn, the nightmare grows worse (He rolled the worst roll ever)
and that's where our gracious DM leaves it.... stupid cliffhangers.

I can't believe I got spaced...
I'm currently in a second edition game of Big eyes small mouth. My friend Mike is the DM and the campaign is space opera of his own design.
I'm playing a race he created called a psycran and we were on an enemy ship, needing to take it over so that we could get intelligence. so our plan was simple, take over the bridge and flush the ship of the enemy before turning it over to our commanding officers.
Last game, we traveled part of the ship via the air ducts. We managed to get past several traps, till I fail a body check and end up causing the whole section of duct to crash down into what at the time we thought was an empty room. When we gain our bearings, we notice that the room wasn't so empty. There were four of the heavy armored suits standing there. Titanium, one of the other players, decides to attack them.
However after he fires a shot off, he finds out that they are empty (when we opened them, they had sleeping enemies inside). My fiance is playing the group's ranking officer, He takes one of the heavy mechs, as does Titanium and the party's other psycran took three
of them suits, I denied the last suit.
we leave the room and find the bridge. Titanium and I, dress in the enemies uniform move onto the bridge and lie to the officers there trying to get them to lock down the ship. they do so before we attack. anyways, I move towards the widow of the bridge to dispatch the two enemy officers there. however it's not my turn. the other Psycran Eopic fires his heavy cannon and rolls almost the worst roll ever. he misses the officer and hits the window, which starts to crack and air was being sucked out into the void of space.
My turn I pick up the officer that he had missed and tossed him into the hole since the blast doors weren't closed yet. Titanium closed them his next round, and would be three rounds till they closed completely.
A round before the doors would be closed, and the void of space dragged what would now be goo and red stuff of the officer through the hole, making it bigger. and of everyone, I FAIL my body check. so I get sucked though the hole. thankfully, for now, I was in my powered up form and had a bubble of air that would last about 10 minutes. I look behind me and the blast doors close. great, right?
I hear my commanding officer contacting our ship, asking for evac for me. they try to find me. however before they do, thank you DM, I just happen to be in the one point in space that is in the path of an oncoming meteor, which I try moving with my telekinesis and manage to move it so that it just grazes me. However because of that, it knocks me out of super form and there I am, no oxygen left. after I loose consciousness, I am picked up.
and that's where my DM left it.
